Here you can request our information pack as a pdf file (which contains our membership forsm), three booklets about pancreatitis, and a booklet of low fat recipes.

Copies of the up to date booklets on Acute, Chronic and Cancer of the Pancreas are now available to download off the website by clicking on the relevant one to your particular pancreatitis. .
