Here you can request our information pack as a pdf file (which contains our membership forms), three booklets about pancreatitis, and a booklets of low fat recipes.

Copies of the up to date booklets on Acute, Chronic and Cancer of the Pancreas are now available to download off the website by clicking on the relevant one to your particular pancreatitis. . We add our thanks again to Prof John Neoptolemos and Solvay Healthcare without whom these would not be available.
